What add-ons are available for the birthday packages?

Our standard packages are designed for a 2-hour duration and accommodate up to 20 kids. However, if you need more time or additional options, we offer extra hours, catering upgrades, entertainment enhancements, and themed decorations to better suit your celebration.
We’ve also thought of the adults! We offer separate catering and entertainment options for them as well. Feel free to connect with our team of experts for more details and to tailor the perfect experience for everyone!
How much time in advance should I book a birthday package?

To ensure availability and secure your preferred date, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. After all, why wait until the last minute and add unnecessary stress? Let’s get everything set up for you in plenty of time!
What is the cancellation policy for birthday packages?

Clients can cancel their reservation for free up to 15 days before the scheduled event. If the cancellation is made between 15 to 5 days before the event, clients are entitled to either a credit note or the option to reschedule the event to another date within 60 days. Unfortunately, reservations cancelled less than 5 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
For cancellations made within the 15 to 5-day window, clients may choose to receive a credit note for the full amount paid or reschedule to a preferred date. The credit note is valid for any future booking within 60 days of the original event date and is non-transferable.
To cancel or reschedule, clients must notify us via email or phone within the specified time frames. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling requests made outside of our business hours will be considered received on the next business day.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation, and credit notes will be issued promptly.

Can I reschedule my child's birthday party?

Great news! You can reschedule any of our parties, as long as we are notified at least 15 days in advance of the scheduled date!
What happens if the number of guests changes after booking?

Who dares to control the unity of your wild troop? In case of any changes, feel free to reach out to our team. Our packages are designed to accommodate up to 20 children. If the count decreases, the package price remains the same. However, if the count exceeds 20 children, an additional charge of 69 AED plus VAT per child will apply.
Is there a dedicated coordinator included?

Yes, a coordinator from our team will be present on-site from setup to dismantling to ensure everything runs smoothly. Please note, a coordinator is not the same as a host or entertainer. If you would like to hire a host for your event, feel free to reach out to our team for more details!
How early do you arrive for set up and how long after would you stay?

We will arrive 3 hours before the event to set up and will stay for an additional hour afterward to pack up our belongings. Please note, the event duration is 2 hours. If you'd like to extend the event, kindly inform our team beforehand so we can adjust the invoice accordingly.
What safety measures are in place during the party?

The safety of the kids is our top priority at every event. We conduct routine checks to ensure that all supplies are clean and the backdrops are secure. When it comes to food, we source our meal boxes from the most reliable DHA-approved suppliers. We also encourage parents to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking food options, ensuring the safety and well-being of all the kids in attendance.
Is a deposit required to book a birthday package and how do I pay for it?

As part of our policy, full payment is required in advance to confirm any of our packages. To make the process easier for you, we accept payments via bank transfer, cash, or cheque. Our team of experts will guide you through the payment process, allowing you to choose the most convenient option for you!
I have booked a photographer as an add-on; will you share the photos on your socials?
